   what enb are you using? i have tried so hard to make my oblivion look this awesome but the enb's i use dont loook anything like that

      It is "A Tweaked ENB"
      
      However I modified the enbseries.ini to bring what you see in the picture.
      
      Feel free to PM me and ill share my .ini settings
