AN has around 200, Atmospheres a few dozen weathers. With AN you would occasionally come across similar settings.

In TES4Edit, there is a full-fledged weather editor. I think it's fun playing around with it, and to see how subtle changes in the settings can yield dramatic effect in the game.

In said Weather Editor I can see that for weather "Clear", the "Horizon" colour at "Sunrise" is a bright orange. Probably a bit too much so for you? You can "Copy weather colors from" e.g. AN!
    The TES4Edit people are brilliant.

thanks Denny, it is quite simple. Open TES4Edit, check the box of all natural.esp and load it.
Click on the weather tab of all natural, click on a weather type, then Ctrl + W, and you can customize easily the weathers

Once you have clicked on a weather type (for instance 00038EEE Clear ), press Ctrl + W, the Oblivion Weather Editor will appear.
Then you can personnalize ( tweak ? sorry I am not english too :p) the weather, for instance the colors of the Horizon, Stars, Sun, Sky-upper, Fog in a very easy way (by clicking on the colored boxes)
Then click on Apply Changes and quit. TES4Edit will modify the ESP and make a backup of the old one. This is quite fun ^^

Be sure to install the last version of TES4Edit.
