Can you actually play in this graphics setup? I mean FPS-wise?
My game is not this colorful but i say i have similar mods with more boring colors
Yes. I have 30 fps in average ( 20/15 fps in " heavy " area, 60/40 fps in interiors or not heavy area ). Playability is very important for me. So I try to optimize the performance as well as having interesting graphics I like.
Strong CPU and graphic card can help. But as Mahtawa said the problem is Oblivion's engine wich only use one CPU core ...
But I think 30 are enough for Oblivion (for me)
And yes, ENB has a lot of influence on the visuals
GPU hardware settings are.. Well, hard to say. I have some options as application controlled, some on, off and so on. General settings have 1.20-1.50x DSR factors for improved image quality and such jargon.
I will post updated settings if someone wants to copy my performance... To here as sub-images later or to my blog when i can be bothered to bring it online.
Mods can be fps killer. Example: full RAEVWD package can lower a lot the fps (due to the number of distant objects to be displayed) . Unoptimized meshes too.
I have pretty recent computer (bought in november 2015), but my main limitation is Oblivion's engine.
Bevilex, I run the game with the poor 10 to 30 fps in heavy modded locations sometimes 40.
In town like IC with lot of NPCs it's about 10 to 18, but I never had difficulty to move comfortably, no freeze and no crash despite I also have full RAVWD, I admit that I use moreheap, that helps too.
Most important is that it doesn't crash/freeze.
( extreme: Jobra's IC Marketplace Home + Emma's kids = 3 FPS in that area => I don't care ^_^ )
That's just a dream bevilex
