      There is not much to it really...ENB does much of the job. rest is just a few texture replacers.

      what enb are you using? i actually just used fallout 3/new vegas black out enb seems to be working with oblivion

      SirArtsy GlowHell preset by Mahtawa, it's currently not available, but I believe he is working on a new version of that ENB, and you can always try to ask him.

   Come to think of it, there are few dedicated mage characters, here at least.
   Also, what the Skeever are are those skeletal beats? :O
   
   As for the name... May I suggest an "official" name suggestion post? So when you opload the next pic, ask for name suggestions directly. That should at least give you some inspiration. It did work in the past with Rose.

      Those are Shambles from the Shivering Isles, It was going to put regular skeletons instead, but it seems I "broke" them...again xD
      
      AS for the name, at the time of this reply, I do have a name ideas, just still not sure about which to choose xD
