   Hey this is REALLY nice, And for my first actually dive into Oblivion modding ( massive amounts of experience with Skyrim and Skyrim SE Modding ) I would really like to be able to just settle on a character, And i would be honored if it could be this one, Now i did find the Race but it looks far off from what this looks like, Can i get any pointers or pushed in the right direction to reproduce this exactly?

      It's mostly retexturing.
