That's a really nice location for a house but to be honest I am a little afraid of a damp basement (all my collected scrolls, books and torches could get wet), or even worse: you could drown while sleeping!
...or it could be washed away when the tide is out and then you will awake in a far and unknown land full of strangers!... - ...and adventures!!... - ... not to mention all the dangers!!!...
...naah, I think I prefer to stay close to the NIRNROOT! instead... (...on the right side, between these 2 middlesized light brown rocks )
Not only while sleeping... last night, the water destroyed the whole house and more, the whole game... yes again. Have a good weekend dear Tob, and sorry you have to come later on another day to collect the nirnroot...
