Well, for the clouds I use Atmospheres V3 : http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46195/? for the night sky I use Realistic HD Night Sky : http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44951/? As for the Nebula I use a personal texture found on internet.
Needs to be an animated GIF with a lightning flashing in the background when you least expect it! Really, all the time while looking at it I was almost "waiting for" that to happen.
I think I'll give this one another look later once the sun's not shining that brightly into my room anymore and I'm able to see again in the dark of such shots.
