   That's different interesting. Not per sea the caribo just the idea of NPC's riding 'cart' might be cool to have wagons too. Most of the NPC's you meet in oblivion are out to attack you are a gaurd or a bandit (out to attack you).
   
   Now one thing that I felt would be cool is if you took a carriage ride the option could be to watch the ride as it goes by (with the potential for NPC weirdness on the way).

      I'm afraid my modding skills are not good enough for this. But I too like the idea.
      At the moment I already struggle with a traveling sailboat
