Every now and then this happens in Chorrol don't know why lol.. leaving the city and return usually fixes the problem.

    I've had this problem too!
    A bridge on my way from Bravil to Leyawiin used to disappear as well. I needed to fast travel to solve it. I don't know why it happens.
