At times I find it all too troubling even in my own life when things are vastly beyond my control, though I know there is a God in heaven of whom nothing is beyond his dominion, I still find myself afraid of what may come, but can find myself coming back and understanding that even in the darkest times, God is in control.

Although it may be more interesting of a life, I cannot imagine living in a universe like Tamriel where the Gods themselves could very possibly NOT be in control, as they clearly aren't in the Oblivion Crisis. Sure, they have a plan, but it could very well have failed.
