Yeah I agree too Weather codes like 44f58 (clear) often resemble nuclear whiteness. Funny enough: recolouring the clear sky changes the lighting outside, but I have yet to figure out what colour exactely. My latest attempts resulted in purple-ish. NOt good XD
Once again, unless you are using or planning to use OBGE or ENBs, switch to Bloom, the game gets immediately darker, you can also switch the weather lighting to darker and more or less saturated tones...alternatively give your character darker skin tones and change the respective normal maps so they reflect less light...there are also edits in the INI that can help you.
The main point is, default HDR without ENB => Blinding whiteness, you can't deny it and if you want a overall darker looking game, but like me can't run ENBs (or shouldn't be running ENBs for the sake of melting GPU's), switching to Bloom is the quickest and most effective way...I rest my case, suit yourself, have a nice day.

Oblivion light is too strong.
So be altered skin white.
Personally, Oblivion, it should be replaced altogether is a darker tone.

Why is she so blushed? My goodness, Chakaru, don't tell me you were wearing again that transparent negligée while working!
Cheers!
I do add colour/blush to most faceskins to avoid plain paleness ingame. If you have the CM version of Belphe, look at her faceskin, its there too ^_^
