Yup, Nelke's necklace is exactely what you think it is: The TES Online logo :D
But before I am accused of ripping content from some super secret place...
This is a low poly mesh of the logo that I found. The rest is just clever texture work by yours truly XD
I totally revamped the UV map and re-textured the entire thing from scratch. Which took almost the entire day. I have no idea where that idea came from, but I have always loved the logo a lot.
I love the idea of an ouroboros (the term describes an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or dragon eating its own tail) as a logo or amulet - and the TES Online version is like the Auryn on crack xD

The Ouroboros is one of those symbols that has meanings within meanings. For example the serpent eating its own tail represented the Creator Being who creates everything from It's mind. The creation proceeds through time & returns with all the experiences of the material universe for the Creator to digest to recycle to form more of creation. Thus the universe continually evolves. Cycles & evolution being the founding principles of the material universe. The Ouroboros containing the pent-alpha was the symbol for the Pythagorean school I believe.
Kinda like Yin-Yang which is the complementary nature of opposites always destroying and creating each other in an eternal cycle of balance, birth, death and rebirth... but in this case with serpents or dragons which remind the Elites of their non-human nature...

They are some truly evil folk those ones lol
And then of corse the pop culture references XD May it be VtM or The Neverending Story, I love it :O
