It's 'Weihnachtsmarkt in Chorrol' by brausebart from the German site ei-der-zeit.com. There you click on the `Downloads' tab, and from there you can use the search function. Give me a buzz if you need a translation. There's no quest, though, and the page just tells you what to expect from the mod. {Watch out for the easter-eggs ... ermm ... I mean ... is there a thing like Christmas-apples?}
Btw, there's also 'Weihnacht in Bruma' ... again, should Google Translate leave you in the dark, I would be glad to help out :^D.
Be warned!! It's impossible to play either mod without a good, strong, spiced tea. So you may want to go and fetch first:
