About this image
it seems a lifetime ago since i first purchased the game to while away the hours in a distant hotel.
I had no idea what a mod was. now everything is changed. I dont quest any more, not for a long time...just wander as if in real life. wouldnt it be something if on the point of death we could be uploaded into a game to forever journey. toggle god mode of course....

If I had only ONE wish... - ...or two...
...oh, this would be so awesome! Thus I would finally be able to meet my Alba "in person" and then we would travel all around Cyrodiil, only to admire all the beauty (added by all the modders) around us, and (of course) to collect all the nirnroots we can find...
PS ...oh, and we definitely would visit all the other interesting and beautiful world-spaces like Nehrim, Ubanga, Elsweyr, Solstheim, Ardah, Nordania/Asuron, Hammerfell and so on... - ...aaaand, last but not least, we need to have a drink and a chat with all the other Nexus people and/or their characters!
I once played it too much & when I woke from a deep sleep I was not able to get out of bed for a few seconds because I could not locate the space bar! Then you know that you are playing it too much!
If the soul is largely mental & is all that we take out of each life, then we may indeed have a mental vacation between lives in places that we enjoy. I have read about such beliefs. I guess we will all find out sooner or later. I hope your game is a good one, just in case. Maybe I should work more on spiffing up my graphics. Oh, & every kind gamer with a good sense of humor is welcome to visit. ;-)
Once I was exploring a deep cave in Morrowind when I heard a sound I had never heard before .. when I went to look it turned out to be my clock ringing to wake me up for work
I tend you answer back out loud. My spouse is used to that now.
I am relieved to find I am not the only one who gets a bit too far into the game. I'm getting better. I can quit any time I want. ;-D
But seriously, you never know if it isn't exactly what's happening. Just as well we may get re-uploaded to this very same game. But as with a regular clean save, your memory is wiped out and you must earn all your skills (or only armour - depends on individual playing styles) anew.
That's also why I like the film What Dreams May Come. A not excellent but very uplifting and visually stunning film that helps me believe nothing is terminal, life's a circle - no game overs, just restart.
Great image, by the way
