Photoshop XD. Just a trick to add a sense of depth. I'm still amazed with the effects that your mod has had on my game. I've tweaked it a little to adapt it to my own taste and game config. Thanks again bud!
Hey, would you mind giving us a short tip on how you did that trick in PS? I assume it's a layer job, but I'd love to learn what exactly makes this light look so real.
You're right, I do it with a layer. I make a gradient using the gradient tool with light blue as solid color. Next I do is setting the blending mode usually with "HARD LIGHT". Anyway you can try different types of blending such as: "LIGHTEN" or "LIGHTER COLOR". Finally reduce the opacity of the layer between 30% and 50%. That's all maczopikczo
Cool Thanks for this tip. It may come useful at some point. The gradient is from light blue to white, yeah? Or light blue to transparent? And the tree on the left? Simply erased from the 'gradient' layer?
You're welcome. 1- The gradient must be from "Xcolor" to transparent. 2- From the 'gradient' layer, I used the "Polygonal lasso tool" and "eraser brush" to make a selection of the nearest objects in order to decrease the haze effect contained into them, in this case the tree.

Aww, I wish it was some kind of a weather mod, cuz it looks very real. Well done then!

(excuse my english)
(oh, and don't worry about your English. Sounds just as good to me as any other nexus member's )
