So a little while ago Zella asked for help with an issue she was having with Zella's hips coming threw the Netherweave Robe. The robe is set to act as a top and just a top so if you use any HGEC body with a mid hip it comes threw the robe.
The first and easy step is to set your body to use the small hip size. Small hips fit in the body with no problem.
The second thing you can do is using the CS to change the robe to use both the Upperbody and Lowerbody.
The third (and my preferred method) is to give a character panties and maybe a set of shoes. the mods I like for this are Sexy Silk Lingerie by Colourwheel, Velvet Rose by Sinblood, R18PN 02 - Lingerie Set for HGEC by NPR and Stormworks.
In the top image you can see that I've got Annabella, Mellow and Kittie to show the results of each of these. Annabella is wearing the Sexy Silk Linger. Only issues I've seen is the strings from the panties stick out the sides. Mellow in the Velvet Rose also has some mesh bleeding threw, Admittedly the red robes hide this bleed better.
Last Kittie is wearing NPR's linger. I forget which one just that is was one of the stocking and panties. It as you see does not bleed threw in the simple standing pose, I have not tried it with all that many pose mods. I don't really use Kittie and this robe all that much.
I hope this helps some others who have this issue and haven't asked because they feel silly about this issue.

The strings form the lingerie looks as though it could be part of the dress decoration & probably looks better than simply wearing the fur greaves which show through a bit also. (Using similar colored ordinary underwear does NOT work. It does need to be one that Aurasoma mentioned or similar.)
It would be a shame to give your lady boy-butt to wear a feminine dress though.
Making the robe actually fit the figure in Blender is beyond what most people are ready to tackle.
But having so many options presented to chose from, is very helpful. I have been wishing I could use this robe for years & now I can. So a big thank you for sharing.
If the panty option hadn't been something I found, I would have gone with a different body mod. One that came with underwear for a size small booty. My own settings are normally c cup and med hips.
