About this image

The Bosmer of Valenwood. Hopefully, the next Elder Scrolls title takes us to their home province (seen here) ^_^

I favor the Bosmer for how relative they are to myself: They have no real concern for politics, and would much rather remain subject to only light government. The Bosmer have no need for large governing bodies because they are already a people with a strong moral compass. Life is a tapestry of
colors. The only way any member of society can contribute to their fullest potential is if they are allowed the freedom to grow, and the Bosmer understand this simply for the fact that they live amongst geography that is fiercely diverse in biology. To them, the rich ecosystem of Valenwood is an excellent live demonstration of the fruits of meritocracy.

Also, they have a sweet +10 Marksman bonus xD And I love archery for its efficiency and sustainability. Magicka as a resource is unreliable. All an archer needs are a full quiver of arrows and his wits, the former of which isn't even entirely necessary because he practices minimalism and makes sure to strike true with what he has (like building an Oblivion TC mod on a PC from 2007, for instance xD). In the end, the Bosmer doesn't rely on anyone or anything but himself, and has no desire to change that.

What about you guys? What are your favorite races? :)

Of interest: Argonians and Khajiit for their unusual and mysterious cultures.
To play: Opportunistic "'cause I can'" Telvanni. Race does not matter, though fire resistance is a nice treat, and I like the OCO Dunmer faces.
To play as mage: Altmer with Apprentice birthsign. Efficient and deadly ... the latter for the mage.

I always wanted to install a Valenwood mod, but one of the two huge ones kills me by lag, the other gnawed away Elsweyr even with the patch (the problem sits likely in front of my screen, but still).

I like the Bosmer, but I would love to see a game take place in Valenwood, just so I can see those roaming hordes of trees.
