   But won't they wander off like sheep towards the unpredictable? It's like, last night I met a lost lamb in the Jerall Mts.

      Might be. I have no idea how to keep them inside there without other NPCs cursing me for the path grid.
      The weirdest sheep in Oblivion were the ones outside of Skingrad who kept following me for at least a minute when I crossed their path.

      It's actually quite funny when they do these weird things. It just may turn out they're not where we expect them to be
      
      Do you reckon a small wire fence would be too much for NPCs sense of freedom?
