Really in my work place I seem to see more teenagers who feel the need to wear a jacket in the middle of summer. Its +90 degrees out and they have to wear a long sleeve jacket?
Thank you for the explanation. ;-) Besides, it is probably cold & dank in that place & quite a contrast to out of doors. A lovely character with a really nice outfit.
