About this image

This is becoming one of my favourite armors. The hood gives a speechcraft enchantment, not all that useful for battle. But it matches.

  It is Tempest Battlegear by darigaz17. The hood was originally vanilla Councilor's Hood. I think I took a crimson hood texture (.dds) from All Capes, Cloaks, Gloves and Robes and wrote over the vanilla Oblivion hood. According to
  http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Councilor%27s_Hood#Councilor.27s_Hood
  you need the unofficial patch for the vanilla hood to appear in game.
  The hair is hairforhoods from Apachii's Apachii Wigs
