   I have given this image a rating of 10
   
   I'm confused because in my Cyrodiil the vanilla water doesn't look so beautiful and pure.

   
   
   Maybe it's a matter of different video cards and/or shader packages or something? I don't know. I haven't modified the water itself or the water settings of the ini at all. ">
