Have you ever gotten tired of having to wander all over cyrodiil to all of your cramped little houses, storing all of your treasures from your many quests, well here is the solution. This sprawling palace is placed on its own island in the Abacean Sea just west of Anvil. The Island covers almost 40 cells, the house takes up half. It has, at the moment 35 bedrooms, an indoor arena/training area, armory, Grand Dining Hall that will seat around 50. The palace also has dozens of secret rooms and passages. This house should be finished by Christmas and I think anyone who downloads it will not be disappointed.
