It's a fairly good picture, I think, but there's too much text at the bottom.
Using so much text takes the focus away from the picture, and it's hard to see past and actually look at the shot. My advice would be to cut down on the text or eliminate the black box the words are in. If the black box was gone then the words would flow with the image better.
