Dalla Hildr: It was nothing, Any homicidal maniac with a preference for turning people to dolls could have done it. In fact you could have gotten the Mistress from Doctor Who.
Kiliban: Walk this way please.
Dalla Hildr: No thanks, Yeah I am not doing that joke folks. Not for the small salary I’m earning.

Kiliban: Why in Oblivion would I want to change it to that?
Dalla Hildr: Never mind, it wasn't that important a joke.


Break down for those who might not get the jokes from this, Order 66 was the command that was given to the clone troopers in Start Wars Revenge of the Sith. After receiving the order the clone troopers where programed to kill all the Jedi, even the kids and elderly.
The Mistress from Doctor Who use to be the Master. When he was first introduced he had a habit of compressing humans that got in his way into tiny doll like forms. I really wanted to see Missy come back and start collecting dolls in the current DW time line.
"Walk this way please", is a line that normally has the person who says it do a funny walk. Like walking into the wind with an arm over their face. By turning it down Dalla gets to make fun of an old cartoon joke.
Last Slartibartfast was the man with the worst name in the world of Hitchhikers Guide Across the Galaxy. If Kiliban had changed it he could give an excuse for not giving out his name. This was a throw away joke with no real connection to the story. But it gives Dalla a reason to bring it up in the next page.
