   How could I have this grass and ground cover... it's really nice.

      I don't know what terrain textures Betty's using but there's also the grass and groundcover from Jungle for Everyone. If you don't want to play with all of JFE you could always copy and appropriately rename some of the grass and groundcover textures to replace vanilla grass.
      
      Or add them to terrain textures via the CS.

      Terrain texture is from my garden. I made photos and made them tile able ;P
