I use Tomb Raider Underworld's main theme for centuries now.

    Some days when the modding woes are particularly bad I feel like replacing the title song with the Benny Hill theme. Seems a fitting accompaniment to the shenanigans the game throws at me.

    I used to have the Morrowind theme, then I gave it up because I missed Oblivion's original theme. LOL

    With that title screen I'd say your playing "Welcome To The Jungle" by Guns N' Roses.

    As for me I still use the default movie and title music. I have also tried the Dramatic Main Menu Video by JM Scion with the recommended Roadrunner United's "The End". I'm thinking of going back to that but not sure what music I'd change it to.
