It is sad to see you have so many issues with modding this game... I know you don't want to hear this but, you may have to try and limit the mod's you use and stick to that limit and don't try to over due it with them... On the other hand I do know what it is like to want to try out new mods, or one's you find at random while looking around the internet... I find this game likes to be pushed a bit, but never to far... it just self destructs after that...
But it's not to push too far at all, it's a matter to put beauty in the game... beautiful textures and accessories. As I said , the fault is in the lack in the knowledge of the Oblivion system... and I know I'll do other errors, as I don't know almost nothing in modding conflicts... But this game is so fascinating... so... I continue and I still enjoy all of it.
I always restore the game without problem... Really, the problem is not the game... it's me... I'm too greedy when I see all those exciting mods. I have to learn patience and read all the advices attentively. But there is an advantage, as you and Seebert say ... I'm gonne Be a Pro in re-installing. Thank you both, I'll do the impossible to come back soon...But real life is sometimes greedy too you know.
I've had that happen. Horrible CTD and just as soon as I thought I was done with a weekend install and all the mods I wanted to use. Worse is when you think its been stable for a month then suddenly nothing works. Or after you mod a light source, add an armor, or try a different Mesh that is suppose to fix an issue with the vanilla model. Lets face it, Murphy's law is in effect all the time. More so when there is a complicated game made by Bethesda.
Maybe it's possible that Apachii Store with his many other kind of body conflict with the skeleton meshe. But I also use the BAB body. Anyway I found that Spok .esm has something to do with the conflicts too. (in my personal case)
You should, it's a really great mod. I have stopped using ENB since the OR 1.5, now that there is an ingame menu, you can tweak like you want, everything. The only thing I don't like very much in OR is the godrays, but Vtastek will convert the one from MGE (who is absolutely beautiful) anyway, Try it, it will be worth, and the water is really nice. Nice screenshot by the way !

I hope that you will be able to restore your game without problems.
...meanwhile you should have enough routine, huh!?
(a stupid remark in a sad situation, but I couldn't resist)
Please come back soon, dear!

Jeez, how do you do it? I mean, if I had to reinstall Oblivion so many times, I'd be dead as stone by now.
Thanks for comment.
I wish you good luck when you reinstall your game
