    Aww, she's a cutie despite the technical problems you're having! >w< You've hit the teen look very well, I think - she doesn't look overly childlike, but she's not just a shrunk-down adult either. A wonderful job!

    Well...you know what I think about OB hairs in general, so there is no point in saying again...as for the alpha (going to imply that alpha layer order got screwed up in Blender), try values of 4846 and threshold between 50 - 150 (also...as long as it works as a hair, you can make a wig out of it).

    Anyways... she looks great
