Trying to give you all a little help on the way ...
If you've followed the instructions above, you are now in a big room where you must look for another skull+helmet marker that leads you to the entrance into the Lost Sanctum.
Be advised though, if you leave the Lost Sanctum without having seen the Lost KisSan here, you haven't seen it at all :)
The quest has three parts, part 2 ends when you find the Kissan and part three starts when you leave the Sanctum through that other working portal and ends whenever you reach the landscape again.
More specific directions on where to find the guest house can be found in the Mythos Travellers advice.
It is an explorer quest with the intention of showing you around in the fort's underground, visiting a very special cave, understanding Nayada's hidden structure and it rewards you with a player house in the Lost Sanctum.
