I had one thing mistakes.
Fire retexture asked a very high specification.
So my Oblivion was destroyed ... I'll be back again some day ...

Wha??? Fire? In the house or did you melt your video card? You never backed up your game?
I hope it is your game and not your house? If it is your game and some computer parts then keep smiling. I feel you because you had a beautiful installation. Who knows how many hours you worked to get it just right. I am so sorry... your pics were just the best.

I just hope that ''someday'' will not be too far from today. Have you tried to uncheck all the mods and check them one by one... that's what I did and I found that it was strangely some armors and clothes. But...

Is that my fire retexture that destroyed your Oblivion ? What does it do ?
If you want to uninstall it, here are the folders and files to delete :
Textures/Magic/fireball
Textures/Magic/fireareaeffect
Textures/fire
Textures/effects/sigilwarpfx01.dds
Textures/effects/sigilflamefx01.dds
Textures/effects/minigateflame.dds
Textures/effects/bigfire.dds

  I tried the method.
  But it seems just a black screen.
  And the texture disappears, looks purple.
  
  I've already late. My Oblivion will be deleted...
  
  I hate my low spec computers.

  Ah, too bad, I could have give you the original textures of fires. Good luck with the reinstallation, I have done the same thing recently, My Oblivion was a mess because of TES4LODGen Or something similar. I had some part of tamriel that was missing, pretty ugly. That is why I have stop modding for a while But I recently decided to reinstall it properly, and now it's good ! (Or almost )
  That gave me an idea, Morrowind is pretty simple to install because there is the MOSG, I gain a lot of time with it when I have to reinstall it. Oblivion should have some sort of a OOSG That would be cool.

  Wait, I think Chak just had that issue with her game (textures turning black or purple) and it had something to do with too many mods. She fixed it by removing some that she didn't need or really use. I have read that something like that happen's at so many mods, and there is sort of a limit to how many the game can handle.
  
  Edit: The explanation. I don't know if this is what your game suffers from as well but it may be worth a try.

Something that mysteriously conflicted with Verdant Anthesis destroyed my game. I removed everything nature related and re-installed game again (80gb data folder moved before) and copied over. It worked.. With some re-fixes but hey!
