   thats a common vetch plant or bittervetch as some say. grows in abundance here in the summer.
   when it grows along side a yellow trefoil plant the local description is eggs and bacon.....

      Thank you! You should enhance the wikipedia entry for the yellow trefoil, because they say that the yellow trefoil alone is called "eggs and bacon" ... ... Sussex is special, I know.
