      Ok .. due to my investigations there exists no Floating Flask .. although it's a very original name .. but if you mean the Inn in the ship at the harbour it's called The Bloated Float Inn and there was no one except the barkeeper; maybe the ticket-seller is levelled and since my char is at level 2 he maybe doesn't appear yet; I wanted to take a look into the plugin file for that I've copied the esm (which comes right after oblivion.esm in my loadlist) to an esp with WryeBash; but the CS couldn't load it(?)
      
      Edit: But I could take a look into the esm if I create a new esp mastered to the esm .. I'll try that tomorrow (actually today )

      khes khes khes the bloated float you say? so where is it I spent last night at? there surely were some flasks floating all around, and the lady next to me wasn't too bloated, if I remember her correctly... remember? what's that?
      
      by now the ticket seller is levelled allright - you can be sure of that
      I still have no idea why you can't find him...

      I just wanted to download the new Ubanga files since I still have some older versions .. but Nexus won't let me .. aahh
