About this image
(Crappy looking pic, I know...)
So, let's try something different...this is a test, I want you to tell me what is and what isn't TES lore friendly in this shot, the shot subjects are also standing on a airship's deck.
(Note: the centurion is from the Sheogorad mod available here at Nexus, so leave the report button alone...thank you.)

So, answers...everything is lore friendly.
Centurion: Representing robots in general, they are lore friendly, being either Dwemer or Fabricants, they come in all sizes, from small (spider centurion) to giant (the two Imperfects and the giant Centurion in Morrowind's expansion Tribunal).
Airship: They are also lore friendly, Dwemer had schematics for them (Morrowind), there was the crashed Patchwork Airship in Solstheim (Bloodmoon) and then later it's reincarnation as the Strange Vessel in Solstheim (Dragonborn), as mentioned in the comments the Sload also possessed airships.
Rina's Steampunk outfit: It's open to debate, to my eyes it is lore friendly, a few base cloth pieces, add in some leather pouches and belts, a few pieces of metal borrowed from Centurions or Dwemer Armor and that's it, even the googles are perfectly lore friendly.
Revy's Blades Armor: Represents oriental armor design in general, also lore friendly, all I have to say here is "Akavir".
GoldBrand: Representing katanas in general. present in pretty much in every TES game, some people still insist they are not lore friendly, once again I will just say "Akavir".

History lesson mode on :
The most famous "golem" - so to speak - was Anumidium/"Brass God"/Numidium . It was meant to be an embodiement of a new Dwemer God - powered by Mantella - a soul gem capable of holding the soul of the divines. (Dwemer sought to create their own god and perhaps it was ultimately the cause of their disapearance.) Anumidium survived however and was gifted to Tiber Septim by the Tribunal as a part of Armistice. Tiber Septim than ordered his imperial battlemage Zurin Arctus to capture the soul of Wulfhart who was in fact Lorkhan's avatar and therfore a divine being - capable of powering the Mantella and resurrecting "Brass God". Arctus suceeded but died in the proces, Wulfhart in the final act before his own demise "joined with" Arctus and became one entity with him known today as "The Underking" (History of The Underking deserves it's own book so it will not be covered here ) Tiber Septim ultimately was succesful in using Numidium (his secret weapon) to conquer all of Tamriel ("Brass God" proved especially effective against the Aldmeri Dominion - leading to their fall.). The "Brass God" was later shattered by The Underking (who wanted his soul back and so Lorkhan's soul was free once more and the parts of the machine were scattered across the Tamriel. Uriel Septim VII (the Emperor we meet in the beggining of the game in fact) also sought to claim Numidium for his purposes (and partially succeded - the events known as "Warp in the West" were directly connected with the fact of recovering parts of the ancient Golem and reactivating it for a brief moment.
History lesson mode off hehe

Conclusion : This screenshot is in fact very lore friendly and it might not even be a coincident that blades agent is interested in that Golem (pehaps recovering yet another part of Numidium ?)
..So i'm guessing that most of the stuff that Rina wears are out of nirn so to speak.
(plus the races)
Revy looks like shes wearing a blades armor and as Mahtawa said shes holding the Goldbrand which is lore friendly.
Don't recall any thing about goggles being used in any of the games (so far) and some of Rina's armor does look like something Chakaru might have worked on. so I agree with Mahtawa, save for the race. For all I know you've altered the way your Imperials look. Heaven and Hell both know I've done it with each reinstall.
Air ships are lore friendly
Blades armor is lore friendly
The Dwemer centurion is lore friendly.
