more than a hint of pirates of the carribean (which incidently I could watch every week at least once), you got the seagull in shot perfectly denny and dont those new coconut textures make the area more realistic....great image!
One thing I always appreciated about Oblivion... The ships look like ships, recognizable from hull and rig as something akin to a cog/caravel with a touch of galleon. Not like those 'norse' styled things from Skyrim. Gad's those things look unworkable. Too high a freeboard, not enough below the waterline, no real means of steering and totally unusable placement of masts.
The East Empireman you only see in the DB questline is the only practical looking one in Skyrim other than the longboat style, and those are just statics.
Now as to interiors... neither has it anything like 'realistic. Just game logic.
