awhile. Thanks
for this lovely
comedy scene, it's
great
Thank you very much, Kenedrus!
You know I really love the colors and the atmosphere ! It's exactly how I imagine the fantasy themed deep woods ^^ It's fantastic. Please do tell me if You are using any weather mods or whats-it's-name ENB ? Funny but I do not know what ENB is exactly I so do wish to replicate that effect in my game My only concern is whether or not my machine could handle it.
PS. I also really like Your adventuring gear !! A purse, a rope ,a handy potion quiver ! Green camoflage to hide between the leaves ^^ I use to skulk around the game with low level equipement myself because imho it looks more immersive and realistic - not to mention more challenging and therefore interesting in my opinion
Run for your life!
Yes, I almost always use this gear since I obtained it after a bounty hunt mission (it was loot) - I wear it mostly while travelling (...or collecting mushrooms ).
When I visit a village/town I wear normal (civil) clothes, otherwise I prefer only light armor. Heavy armor (as the name says) is too heavy for me, too uncomfy, AND too loud! Once I tried heavy boots and I immediately had the feeling that enemies would hear me for miles!
As for the weather:
The 2 most famous mods to change the weather are: Natural Environments (which I use in Oblivion) and All Natural.
In Nehrim I use only vanilla weather. You may ask why - so, first of all, Nehrim is a separate installation parallel to your Oblivion installation and there is no Natural Environments available for Nehrim, and All Natural requires Wrye Bash (which is an installation tool to manage all your mods) and the Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE). OBSE never worked for me (it's an very old story^^)... - ...my compter doesn't like it, so, no OBSE installed, no All Natural in Oblivion and Nehrim.
Some other "weather" mods that might be interesting:
Falling Stars
Raindrops and Snowflakes Replacer
For the sun in Oblivion I mostly used: SonicEthers Beaming Sunglare and sometimes: Subtle Sunshine - alternative sunglare fx.
Also very nice but not yet tested by me:
YASG and Realistic Sunglare.
...as for the ENB:
I think it would go too far to explain everything about ENB's here, and on the Nexus there are many ENB's for everyone's taste. Just type ENB in the Nexus Search Engine on top of the site. Some of the ENB's require OBSE, some don't, some need a certain .dll from the v0.181 ENB Series for Oblivion
I for myself use SweetFX. Although it was uploaded to the Skyrim-Nexus it works with many other games and is a great alternative for people who can not use OBSE. You only have to put some files in to your Oblivion folder (where the Oblivion .exe is). No tricky installation. To remove SweetFX just delete these files. SweetFX can be activated/deactivated ingame, and you can play around with all kind of settings (as you like) in a separate settings.txt.
If you're interested in some other mods or if you need some help with the mods I mentioned before feel free to write me a message.
Many many thanks!
I think "hads up" is best .
Thank you papps!
Unfortunately I had no more apples... (a lame excuse, I know! ^^)

That's interesting. I never tried to place an object on a NPC/creature frozen via console command "tai". I wonder if this is feasible...
