I installed HGEC and NoMaaM BBB but the top part is invisible. Yet the bikini kinda thingy is moving according to BBB.

Look at my website/blog (profile) more info about the enb setup. You do need ATE and skyrim unbleak prepass.fx since enb files are more or less compatible with any game.
EDIT: Done with ENB
Those graphics look great compared to all other ENB configs I tried. Especially with the Unbleak customisation.
I raised my shadow buffer from 256 to 2048 in oblivion.ini
Then shadows looked proper. Unfortunately, 4096 is a bit too much for my laptop.
