Another thing that is also surprising here is the new look of EoS. He looks so elegant. Has he found some smoky little and expensive things to add to his inventory? And sell them at the high price? That should explain his new noble clothes.
Yes, I thought I recognized OCO touches, but wasn't sure. I understand your reserves for OCO v2, but my male characters doesn't look the way you describe... In fact, it was with v1 that male NPCs and even my Quinlan looked... somewhat effeminate, and v2 eradicated it.
But it is unimportant. What is important is that you're happy with the way you have built your own visual setting, and judging from your pictures, it's worth the effort.
