What a pity, that this pun only works in German.
Let me try to explain for the non-german speakers:
She asks the player whether he is familiar with birds.
Actually the plural form of "birds" is "Vögel". In this sentence construction and (grammatical) case the plural form of "birds" is "Vögeln" with an "n" (a lot birds/birds in general). The funny thing about her saying is that "vögeln" as verb is a humorous term for "having sex".
In this sence she asks the player if he is familiar with birds (...or having sex?^^)
She corrects this little misunderstanding when she says:
...with real birds! You understand? Animals! I mean animals!
(a similar one is: "Vögeln soll man 3 mal täglich - ...Wasser geben!"
