Lv3 Atlas Pass is backwards compatible with ALL DOORS but not chests. This simple mod changes the lock on Lv1 chests to Lv3. So you no longer have to make, or hold on to a Lv1 pass after getting a Lv3 pass.

I tried, and failed, to make the lv3 pass itself open a lv1 chest, so had to go this route.
