This mod makes it so that the cloud layer is no longer static when viewing planets from space.
The mod contains 4 different speeds, so you can choose which speed you prefer or find most realistic.

This modifies the ATMOSPHERE.SCENE.mbin only and adds a new file, so any other mods that change this file won't be compatible with this mod.
