Thanks to math and programming magician Entim - completely moved from using matrices to quaternions in Algohol (OBSE to NVSE). Now full 3D rotation control for plane. No limits whatsoever. Also tweaked everything so it feels just like BF3 jets. And I mean it. I've been doing it on empty server alt-tabing to FNV and tweaking values realtime until it was as close as possible to BF Jet
Engine is trash. Flying at speed 340 km\h is really bad idea sometimes
camera rotation for 1st person. Looks jerky at lag spikes or FPS drops, not possible to fix, blame bethesda's great approach to actor's Y axis (oh wait there is NO Y FOR ACTORS!1) and ugly animation system. I have no idea how to fix or workaround it.
Still can't extract real "roll\bank" angle so I'm using "helpers", triggers with rotation data. Look for bonus for more info
Added proper weaponry. Hydra 70 and gatling gun, aka GAU-8 from A-10. Because "Brrrt" is awesome. And real firing speed (4200RPM) and muzzle velocity (3,500 ft/s). Will add temporary models and hardpoints tonight, or tomorrow morning.
Clicking sound means collision! It's alive, it's working, and soon I'll show you take-off + landing.
