This simple mod restores the lucky 38 lights near on top of the door to be their pretty pre-release neon yellow.

I rerember first watching the New Vegas Demo, and being dazzled by the strips many lights. However, I was disapointed that lots of lights were just not there. This mod restores the light strip on top of the lucky 38 door.
INSTALLATION:
Copy the Data files contents into New Vegas data.
