Safe to use
Fully voiced, interactive companion thanks to Drakeelvin's companion resource (now defunct i think) but this should work just like any other companion.
This includes a retextured suit to look much like Trololo guy's suit
The man's name is Eduard Khil or "Mr.Trololo" and he levels with you but 5 levels lower than you.
His default weapon of choice is a 9mm Pistol so feel free to give him something better.
His suit has 30 AP or something. So its better than anything ingame in regards to clothing armored.
The suit uses the Smarter Suit Collar-Playable Modders Resource by micalov: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=45466
He can be found via a hatch at the Aces Theatre in the Tops in a clone of the theatre, if you watch him, he should start singing.
I will somehow incorporate the "trololo sing-a-long" somehow.
