Adds A Gun Runner Terminal That Gives you ammo materials, such as primers, cases, powders and lead.

Well, i made a terminal outside of the gun runners for raw ammo materials, dont know what else to say.
i always made enough 308 rounds and make and buy them whenever i can, dont know why though. i used to break down 40 - 75 gov't rounds for large primers, 5mm, 5.56 and 50 mg rounds for powder and all others for lead, but i keep running out sooner or later.
so i made this terminal, not much to it.
and to counterbalance the infinite amount that you buy here, i made it so that the price of each item is equivalent to double its original value. so it isnt much of exploitation.
it contains all powders, primers, case boxes as well as loads of lead.
it does not require any other addon, and will interfere with any addon using it's location, which makes up pretty much none of them. i am also thinking of making the same thing only selling stuff such as weapons, armor, chems and other assorted items.
hope this will be of use to other people.
oh, and in case someone is doing the same thing as i am, i did not copy the concept from other people. i got this idea from my frustration of having to make vendors.
