Disables the FNV launcher music, and the main menu title music.

This does two simple things: eliminates the music that automatically plays when you launch the FNV launcher, and lets you disable the FNV main menu music without having to turn down your master game audio (currently only way to change it).
Instructions:
Copy MainTitle.wav into your "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas" folder, not into the \data\ folder. This eliminates the FNV launcher music.
To get rid of the music from the main menu, look in fallout_default.ini under [Audio] and set: fMainMenuMusicVolume=0.00
