- Tops Hotel Restoration: The Tops Hotel is in pristine condition, and the Tops Casino Neon has been reverted to its E3 Press Demo appearance.
- Open Monorail Restoration: The Strip Monorail is seamlessly reintegrated into the Strip world space, following the design seen in the E3 Press Demo.
- E3 Lucky 38 Lighting: The lights at the Lucky 38 have been restored to their E3 Press Demo state.
- Cleaner Streets: Most exaggerated displays of decay, such as rubble piles, have been removed.
- Optimized Scripting: All scripted scenes, quests, and AI packages have been thoroughly tested and optimized for flawless performance.
- Custom LOD: This mod includes pre-made LOD for improved & consistent graphics.

- A compatibility patch for Tale of Two Wastelands is available.
- Please note that this mod may not be compatible with other extensive Strip overhaul mods.

- Important: This mod cannot be installed or uninstalled mid-save; there are no exceptions.
