Made a quick edit to the original plugin for use with the Capital Wasteland start in TTW. Places the gun and it's laser sight in Three Dog's studio instead of the King's room so that TTW users can get the gun without having to travel all the way to the Mojave.

Installation:
Replace the plugin from the original with this one.
