Strip Street Light Corrections
Description
This mod aims to correct a few small annoyances I've always had with the street lights on the Strip.
Included Fixes
Light beams have been adjusted so they no longer clip through the ground, and properly align with the street lamps themselves.
All light markers have been raised in height so that they appear to cast down from above, instead of from below.
The position of every light marker has been adjusted so they now sit directly below the lamp, as most were completely misaligned.
The radii of all light markers have been adjusted to better fit within each light beam.
A single street light was missing a light beam and several were missing light markers, this has been corrected.
