FPS fix for A World of Pain's Tech Raider Barracks. Also fixes flickering bed underside.

Current version of A World of Pain does not use any occlusion for AWOPUGESTechRaiderBarracks cell. This causes lower framerate than nessesary. I went from 71.1 -> 107.4 for 51% FPS increase at worst case. With DXVK FPS hits 144. Without occlusion the game is rendering a bunch of stuff behind walls which lowers FPS and increases power consumption for no reason. Since AWOP cells can be relatively heavily cluttered, the frame rate difference is larger than normal (I think).
While fixing the cell I noticed a mattress on a bunk bed (ID: 0105920F) is sunk into the bed frame, causing flickering on the underside when walking up the stairs. This too has been fixed.
This mod won't change your world but it's a free FPS boost, at least until they get around to improving the mod.
