About this mod

This Mod overhauls the music in both NV and TTW and expands both of the regions with lore friendly, classic Fallout tracks.

(OUTDATED:  Try this instead: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/84554 )

I have returned and hopefully without any copyright issues: No more Tactics, nor FO4 soundtracks, just the FO1, FO2 and FO3 ones utilized (which are in the game files already).

Main Features:

- slightly expands Radio New Vegas (and Galaxy News Radio (TTW))
- ADDS, doesn't replace, classic tracks to both FNV as well as TTW areas where it fit
- NEW as of Version 2.0: Adds Sonora and Nevada tracks to the game
- Hidden  feature: Custom level up sounds, you can use Stewie Tweaks' alt Levelup Sounds function to set them up, so you can play three different level up sounds depending on your level (instructions below)
- NEW as of Version 2.0: Re-added the old FO4 and Tactics soundtrack entries (instructions below)

Requirements:

You will just need TTW if you use the TTW version and the Lonesome Road DLC.

Additionally, as of 2.0 I re-added the FO4 and Tactics soundtrack entries, I have NOT included the soundtrack itself as they are copyrighted. So ifyou  want to use them, youwill need to own the original soundtracks yourself. Go into xEdit and add the tracks into the according file paths and rename them respectively. That's it!

Instruction for the "hidden feature":
Search for "bAlternateLevelupSounds" in Stewie Tweaks' .ini and set it to 1.
Afterwards find the section "[Alt Levelup Sound]" and replace it with this:
; Play sSoundA every iLevelA levels
iLevelA = 5

; Play sSoundB every iLevelB levels
iLevelB = 10

; editor ID of sound to play every iLevelA levels
sSoundA = MUSsuccess2

; editor ID of sound to play every iLevelB levels
sSoundB = MUSsuccess3

Compability:

This mod isn't compatible with any mods that edit the same Media Location Controllers (the music sets that determine what music plays).
It is not compatible with mods that edit Galaxy News Radio or Radio New Vegas.
You can make the mod you desperately want to use compatible (probably) by just dragging ModYouWant below this one.

Otherwise, it should be fine.

Should you have any suggestions or ideas for improvements, let me know. Especially for the new Nevada and Sonora tracks.

Nobody's Nail Machine - Show him some love! He created amazing tracks and although most of them, at least for me, fit the most as dungeon or urban / creepy exploration tracks, it still feels a lot like the classic tracks. And of course thanks goes to him for allowing me to use his tracks!
